We are seeking a Business Development & Sales Officer in Jakarta to join Birufinery and help us innovate in the sustainable green and blue economy.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue business opportunities
Manage the end-to-end sales process
Maintain relationships with clients and partners
Conduct visits, demos, and trials
Support sales proposals and reporting
Collaborate on marketing and customer feedback
Monitor market and competitor trends
Ensure accurate sales data and reporting
Represent the company at events and exhibitions
Qualifications
D3/S1 in Fisheries, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or Biology
2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
Strong communication and negotiation skills (cheerful personality with professionalism)
Willing to travel regularly for customer visits and field activities
Good verbal and written communication in Bahasa Indonesia (English is a plus)
