Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain guest rooms and private areas to high standards
Assist with personal requests such as luggage handling and garment care
Serve food and beverages with elegance and proper etiquette
Communicate effectively with other hotel staff
Maintain guest confidentiality and privacy
Ensure guest safety and security throughout their stay
Uphold professional appearance and behavior at all times
Qualifications:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training preferred
At least 2 years experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Ability to work under pressure and handle operational challenges efficiently
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Physically fit and able to handle luggage and other guest requests
Professional grooming and appearance
Willingness to stay and work in Gili Trawangan.
