- Responsible to recruitment process including resignation
- Registration, reporting and managing BPJS
- Create, updating and maintain HR database & document such a salary , employee, attendance list, mandatory reports, work agreements, work orders, warning letters etc
- Liaise with responsible department to arrange permit, documents for local or expatriates employees
- Liaise with responsible department to handle business trip for employee such as booking ticket and hotel confirmation
- At least 3 years experience in HRD or administration
- Required languages : Mandarin
- Having knowledge Iin Ms. Word excel and power point
- Responsive, active and creative. Able to work under pressure
- Able to work individually or team
- Good integrity, discipline and responsible
- Certified CHRP are preferred
