Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Identifying target customers and partnership opportunities.
Building good relationships with potential Managers or Directors.
Communicating with potential customers to explain the value of the product.
Contacting potential customers to follow up on offers, arrange product introduction meetings, and move towards contract agreement stages.
Collaborating with all team members to analyze product sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
Coordinating and cooperating with leaders from other divisions in performing tasks.
Monitoring activities, sales targets, and creating daily reports to be accountable to direct superiors.
Requesting information from personnel in other divisions related to the work and responsibilities being carried out.
Providing time estimates for task completion.
Completing other tasks assigned by management.

Persyaratan Khusus

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Account Manager/Sales B2B (experience in Payroll/HRIS/SaaS is a plus).
Minimum education of a Diploma (D3) in any major.
Possesses good presentation and communication skills.
Experienced in corporate sales & negotiations.
Preferred candidates with a corporate network/account.
Residence in Jakarta/Tangerang.
