Report to Vice President Marketing & Sales, Superintendent Marketing - Copper Cathodes is responsible to oversee the day-to-day sales operations of copper cathodes, ensuring that sales targets are met, and customers are satisfied. The role supports the Manager Marketing in managing customer relationships, order fulfilment, contract execution, and ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams to meet business objectives.
To manage and oversee daily sales operations for copper cathodes, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
To facilitate accurate order fulfilment, coordinate with internal teams, and provide market insights, sales analysis, and compliance reporting to support strategic decision-making
Comply with all pertaining environmental laws and regulations in Indonesia.
Supervise daily sales activities, including order processing, customer inquiries, and contract execution for copper cathodes.
Ensure smooth operations, compliance with company policies, and adherence to sales procedures.
Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring timely responses to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Assist in managing contracts, pricing agreements, and ensuring accurate delivery of products as per customer specifications.
Oversee the execution of sales contracts, including pricing, volume, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with logistics, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely product availability and shipment.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to the Manager Marketing & Sales.
Gather market intelligence, track competitor activities, and suggest adjustments to sales strategies when necessary.
Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled according to agreed timelines and quality standards.
Collaborate with finance and reporting teams to ensure accurate invoicing and reporting.
Ensure that all sales operations adhere to regulatory and company compliance standards.
Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts to support decision-making.
Implement agreed financial management processes and procedures to monitor actual expenditure and to control costs.

What skills and experience do you need?
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Have experience minimum 5 years working as Superintendent Marketing with minimum of 12-15 years of experience in Marketing & Sales operations, preferably within the mining, metals or commodities industry.
Proven records in Sales Commercial including contracts, pricing, and order management systems; Strong understanding of daily Marketing & Sales operations and procedures; Have good knowledge in market analysis; Have financial and commercial knowledge; Good in presentation, reporting and calculation skills are essential; Proven negotiation skills and business management/business acumen skills; Strong stakeholder management; Strong understanding and application of risk management principles.
Preferred to have middle level operational inspector certificate (POM) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position.
Ability to lead cross functional teams toward common goal; Excellent organizational and time management skills; Ability to work collaborate effectively with internal teams and cross functions to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals; Strong customer service and communication abilities including building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.
Required to travel to site or any business travel purpose.
