COPORATE SECRETARY

Job Descriptions:

* Ensure effective communications with all stakeholders

* Create meeting minutes throughout board and committee meetings

* Ensure the company's governance framework is appropriately developed, established, and maintained following best governance practices, encompass the finance, audit, compensation, disclosure and risk management committees

* In charge for corporate compliance with regards to general corporate capital market, including IDX listing and OJK Capital Market requirements or reporting

* Responsibilities with all reporting to IDX and OJK Capital Market

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree in Law 

* Minimum 2 years experience in a public company working as a Corporate Secretary

* Fluent in English (both speaking and written)

* Good understanding on law and regulations, general corporate and capital market

* Well knowledge of capital market law and corporate governance

* Placement : Batulicin, South Kalimantan
