Deskripsi Pekerjaan

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as a proactive business partner with Global Business Services (GBS), Regional Cost Control (RCC), local operations/logistics, local management, Barges team and the Accounts Payable (AP) team.
Cost efficiency Operational Expenses per TEU Analysis & review .
Analyze Indonesia Operational Expenses for Trade (Carriers) and Vessel division (Barges), monitor trends versus budget/forecast, and provide clear explanations to Finance and Management
Proactively identify and report on cost-saving initiatives per period to support the organization's cost optimization
Local revenue performance – Application ratio, cost recovery & competitive tariff adjustments
Continuous process improvement:
- Identify recurring data and process issues behind suppliers’ invoice disputes and manual corrections
- Propose improvements to strengthen cost control and data quality over time.
- Monitor and follow up on Requests for Information (RFI) to ensure zero pending items
Tracking & monitoring the progress of Agreements/Rebates with the terminals & depots
Produce accurate and reliable financial reports and analyses in a timely manner upon request.

Persyaratan Khusus

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Minimum Level of Qualification:

3 to 5 years professional experience in multinational companies as Cost Controller
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or relevant field strongly preferred

Professional Skills:

Outstanding communication skills both in English and Bahasa
Exceptionally well organized with an aptitude for data, strong Microsoft Excel skills
Good knowledge and prior practice accounting and business operations (strong business acumen)

Personal Qualities:

Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Interpersonal skills
Highly motivated, result oriented individual with organization skills and ability to solve problems
