RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct through credit assessment of new and existing customers, including financial stability analysis, payment history review, and industry research
• Establish and maintain credit limits for customers based on risk assessment
• Monitor customer credit utilization and proactively address any potential issues
• Do AR collection and maintain AR aging
• Visit customers alongside the sales team if needed
• Undertake other tasks related to finance work

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum S1 Accounting or Economics.
• Having at least 1-2 years of experience in AR.
• Proven experience in credit control or collections within the manufacturing or chemical industry
• Strong understanding of credit risk assessment and management principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software (ERP Systems)
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
