The Business Development team in Jakarta is looking for BD Executive who excels as a collaborative team player to support our team in Indonesia.
You will provide high quality strategic BD support across HBT's practice areas including Energy & Resources, Finance and Capital Markets, with the opportunity to work closely with our global and regional BD teams. In this dynamic role, you'll be instrumental in pulling together pitches and proposals, refreshing pitch materials, and managing our client relationship database along with other marketing tools. You will play a key role in preparing submissions for legal directories and awards, while also overseeing our website and social media platforms and arranging internal events.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- At least four years' relevant professional experience
- Law firm or professional services firm background preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa and English and strong communication skills
- Appropriate undergraduate/postgraduate degree qualification(s)
- Experienced in using Microsoft office including; PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Skilled in design platforms such as Canva and familiar with CRM marketing tools preferred but not required
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a broader team.
- Confidence in dealing with partners and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload under pressure
- High degree of attention to detail
