Come of your duties will include:
- To plan, coordinate, and supervise civil construction project and maintenance works, to deliver products which meet standard requirement, on time and to budget while satisfying the of the client and company;
- Responsible to receive work order and provide working schedule then to ensure all Civil, Painting & Piping Plumbing works will completed in good result and meet with standard or company regulation.
- To coordinate all civil job or carpentry & provide working schedule, estimation of materials needed for every work order;
- Provide report after work order completed
- Inspect every task and to make sure all done in a good manner
- Lead, organize and provide directions for employee to ensure outstanding performance HSE&Q outcome and the business results;
- Responsible for ensuring the job activities in civil maintenance area are meet with quality standard and compliance with the regulation, this includes but is not limited to inspection of corrective maintenance works, general inspection of tool and equipment
- To coordination with related supervisor in regard for quality assurance according to company standards and company requirement;
What skills and experience do you need?
• Tertiary Degree, with minimum of 7 years' experience in civil construction/ infrastructure project and maintenance works as Supervisor & QC - Civil, Painting & Piping Plumbing;
• Experience in repair, maintain, and construct Facilities/ building; Understand all type of materials need for Civil, Painting & Piping Plumbing works ; Understand equipment used for Civil, Painting & Piping Plumbing works; Has skill to estimate material need for every work order;
• Should preferable has Manual Handling Competency; Working at Height Competency; Has electric power tools license, Rigging and Sling, Scaffolding competency (advance); Confined Space;
• Should experience in calculation of concrete works, civil & building, measuring job strategy and understand drawing; Have Frontline level operational inspector certificate (POP) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position;
• Proven experience as a quality control inspector in the same industry preferred;
• Good knowledge about industry products and processes;
• Familiar with Project management plan & system in Mining Infrastructure activity; have working knowledge in Infrastructure principles, design concepts & operations, and awareness of operation regulatory; familiar with application of ISO 9001; has experience as Internal Auditor; be able to provide reporting;
• Possess leadership traits and organizational, scheduling & time management skills; Ability to work both independently and as a team player and thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment dependent on managing multiple project timelines and schedules simultaneously; Ability to communicate well, and work productively with internal and external individuals; A commitment to safety and a desire to maintain our Indonesian mining operations to world class international safety standards; Demonstrate strong conceptual skills, and capable of developing lateral and practical solutions; High level of integrity and commitment; Good analytical, conflict resolution, sound decision making skills;
• Excellent in communication skills in English both verbal and written; computer literate.
