Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain vendor relationships to ensure effective service delivery and compliance with agreed terms.
Monitor and evaluate vendor performance based on agreed SLA, KPI, and service standards.
Manage contract lifecycle, including contract documentation, renewal, amendments, and compliance with contractual terms.
Conduct vendor performance reviews and identify areas for improvement or corrective actions.
Support commercial analysis, including cost evaluation, pricing, and contract-related considerations.
Coordinate with Legal and Procurement teams on contract reviews, vendor agreements, and procurement processes.
Ensure proper implementation of contract governance, policies, and procedures.
Prepare vendor and contract management reports, documentation, and performance evaluations.
Support sourcing and procurement activities related to vendor selection and contract negotiation.

Persyaratan Khusus

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, Contract Management, or IT Sourcing.
Experienced in managing SLA, KPI, vendor performance, contract governance, and commercial analysis.
Experienced in coordinating with Legal and Procurement teams.
Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple vendors and contracts effectively.
Intermediate level of English, both written and verbal.
Available to join immediately / ASAP.
