Deskripsi Pekerjaan

As a Sales Representative, you will have a vital part in boosting the sales by establishing connections, comprehending the requirements of the customers, and efficiently showcasing the solutions offered by the company. You will be the link between our innovative products and the clients who are in need of them, contributing directly to the overall success of the company.


Responsibilities:

  • Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Develop strong connections with potential customers by actively listening, understanding their pain points, and demonstrating genuine interest in their business needs.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations highlighting the value proposition of ASYX's offerings and addressing specific customer challenges.
  • Confidently negotiate contracts, overcome objections, and close deals to achieve or exceed individual and team sales quotas.
  • Provide excellent customer service to existing clients, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and ensure their continued satisfaction with ASYX.
  • Analyze data, identify market trends, and provide feedback to improve sales processes and strategies.
  • Continuously learn about ASYX's products, industry trends, and competitor landscape to remain at the forefront of your field.
Persyaratan Khusus
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in a similar B2B (business-to-business) environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, methodologies, and the sales cycle.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly and effectively.
  • Highly motivated, with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.
  • Knowledge of ASYX's industry and products (a plus).
  • Possesses good English speaking and - writing skills.
