Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase hotel revenue, including room sales, meeting packages, events, and catering services.
Assist in the creation and implementation of sales plans, ensuring alignment with hotel goals and market trends.
Meet or exceed individual sales targets as set by the management.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract negotiations in the CRM system.
Prepare reports and forecasts as required by management.
