Functional description

Operation and maintenance of building system at PT TDK ELECTRONICS INDONESIA.

Task and responsibilities

• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of mechanical (HVAC and compressed air) system within the premises.
• Responsible for all the FM mechanical projects including modifications.
• Responsible for the upkeep and continues improvement of entire facility equipment, pipes and air ducts within the premises.
• Responsible for the maintenance activities of mechanical systems performed by both internal and external parties.
• Analyze the operation of mechanical systems to improve its efficiency and reliability with the help of BMS.
• Supervise and guide technicians, contractors as and when required.

Authorization

• Order/stock spare parts according to the requirement.
• Coordinate with external and internal parties for the operation and maintenance of mechanical systems.
• Stop unsafe activities (electrical and mechanical) within the company premises including production area.

 Education

• Degree/diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering or in a relevant discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge

• Good knowledge in building systems like centralized air conditioning, process exhaust, compressed air, fire protection, deionized water, water treatment, vacuum, etc.
• Good knowledge in indoor air quality (IAQ).
• Knowledge in computer and AutoCAD drafting.
• Knowledge in English.
