Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Following the kick of meeting with Sales Department, production, customers, and the Project Coordinator before starting the project.
Receive technical documents from the Application Engineer and sales during the kick of meeting and implementation for project execution.
Able to Conduct and lead the engineering phase until the engineering output (BOM and Drawing) is released.
Able to Conduct and lead the preparation of inspections and test plans with the Quality Engineer.
Become a company representative for every technical meeting and discussion with customers.
Conducting site survey before the project is executed and issue an installation plan on sites.
Become a commissioning test team, and record commissioning results for handover to customers/Operations.
Recapitulation of inspection/test result documents into Fabrication Data Records in collaboration with Quality control and Application Engineers.
Performing FAT at the vendor's facility before sending equipment to the Company.
Perform technical coordination and manage vendors in technical terms.
Become a Problem-Solving team if there is a problem with the equipment and systems supplied to the customer.
Overseeing engineering for project execution from the initial handover at the kick of meeting to Commissioning and Handover.

Persyaratan Khusus

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in pump manufacturing/pump service/pump installation/design pumping system/piping system. (Preferably experienced as an engineer in EPC, Pump System, Oil & Gas Production).
Knowledge of API 610 & API 674 pumps.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, calendar), preferably having experience using Ms. Project, HYSYS and AutoCAD 2013.
Having good analytic thinking, Proficient in English, speaking and writing,
Understand engineering specs, documents, & calculations and understand of basic Health, Safety & Environment.
Knowledge HI institute & ISO Standard centrifugal pump (construction dan testing)
Understand Process Design, prime mover, selection for Pump accessories and system.
Knowledge basic project management.
Understand of ASME Standard for Welding.
Know the main principles of rotating equipment, assembling, testing, and commissioning.
Understand technical drawing (GA, P&ID, detail drawing, ASSY drawing).
Working Location: Cilandak, South Jakarta
