Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise.
Supporting employee performance and follow up on the action needed.
Communicate and coordination with supplier and stake holders.
Assist the department in HR domains work & events.
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Data analysis and follow up on operational work.
Support for CV screening & contacting candidates for interview arrangement.
Create publicity for the event regarding Employee Relations.

Persyaratan Khusus

Bachelor degree and above in Human Resource, Management, Psychology or related field.
Minimal GPA 3.2 / 4.00.
Fluent in Business English is a Must, fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage.
Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skill.
Able to work well in a team environment and contribute to collaborative projects.
Good analytical skills, detail-oriented & strong communication skills to be able to communicate to different level of counterparts.
A tough, flexible, and diligent individual who is reliable, responsible, and accountable.
Skilled at Microsoft Office, especially EXCEL, PPT.
Has volunteered in university events or joined organization groups (handled events as manager or leader).
