REQUIREMENTS:
A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
Strong knowledge in Cybersecurity Management, Threat Detection, Vulnerability Assessment, and Risk Assessment
Proficiency in Network Security, Security Analysis, Penetration Testing, and Incident Response
Familiarity with Compliance Standards, Security Policies, and Security Auditing
Experience in Team Leadership, Project Management, and Collaboration with diverse stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure
Relevant certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly advantageous
Prior professional experience in Cybersecurity or IT Security roles is preferred
Knowledge of the financial industry environment and cybersecurity challenges is a plus
JOB DESC:
Provide information security awareness training to organization personnel
Creating and managing security strategies
Oversee information security audits, performed by organization or third-party personnel
Manage security team members and all other information security personnel
Assess current technology architecture for vulnerabilities, weaknesses, and possible upgrades or improvement
Implement and oversee technological upgrades, improvements, and major changes to the information security environment
Communicate information security goals and new programs effectively with other department managers within the organization
