Collaborate with production and sales, manage version cutover plans, improve S&OE/Sales & Operation Execution plan operation of rep offices, identify mid-and long-term requirement risks, and develop contingency plans.
Lead and manage the Integrated Business Planning (IBP/Integrated Business Plan or S&OP/Sales & Operation Planning) process across demand, supply, inventory, and financial planning.
Oversee demand and supply planning alignment to meet customer service targets.
Balance capacity, production, and inventory to support business objectives.
Identify risks and opportunities related to demand variability, supply constraints, and capacity limitations.
Leverage ERP/Enterprise Resource Planning, MRP/manufacturing resources planning, and advanced planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis) to improve visibility.
Track KPIs (e.g., forecast accuracy, inventory turns, service levels) and provide insights for improvement.
Bachelor Degree or higher education, graduated from Indonesia TOP University or Overseas University
3+ years in supply chain planning, operations, procurement or finance
Familiar with procurement, manufacturing, order, logistics related knowledge;
Understand the main data architecture in the planning domain, and have a good command of data analysis methods such as statistical description and statistical inference
Proficiency in ERP/Enterprise Resource Planning systems (SAP, Oracle), advanced Excel, and data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia, English, Chinese
