Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Monitor server, application, and data center infrastructure to ensure system availability and operational stability.
Execute and monitor batch jobs, scheduled tasks, and service requests in accordance with established SOPs.
Perform daily operations for core business applications, including End-of-Day (EOD), End-of-Month (EOM), and End-of-Year (EOY) batch processing.
Monitor legacy applications, identify operational issues, perform initial troubleshooting, and escalate incidents to the appropriate support teams.
Execute application operational activities, including service restarts, patch deployment support, switch-over, and rollback procedures.
Follow up on operational instructions from application owners to ensure timely issue resolution.
Document daily operational activities, incidents, and problem reports, and provide accurate handover and operational reports.

Persyaratan Khusus

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in DevOps Engineer, IT Operations, Production Support, Application Support, Infrastructure Support
Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD
Familiarity with monitoring tools Prometheus, Grafana, ELK
Experience with application monitoring, batch processing, and incident management in a production environment is an advantage.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to follow operational procedures and escalation processes.
Willing to work Work From Office (WFO).
Willing to work in 24/7 rotating shifts (3-shift schedule).
