Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Conduct meeting with various division across Ruangguru to discuss the security system currently in place.
Researching the Ruangguru's system, products, network structure, and others possible penetration sites.
Conducting multiple penetration tests on the system.
Identifying and recording, documenting any security flaws that was found
Creating suggestions for security upgrades and system hardening.
Work closely with GRC team to build a good security awareness program and material
Identify and recommend appropriate measures to manage and remediate vulnerabilities and reduce potential impacts on information resources to a level acceptable to the senior management
Build strong partnerships with technical teams to promote best practices for managing vulnerabilities in an agile manner
Ability to fully understand business requirements and work with them to define appropriate solutions security objectives while keep meets the business need
Providing mentorship, coaching, performance management and support to junior team members with regard to vulnerability assessment, communication/rapport with other divisions and various levels of leadership, technical expertise, and career development
Persyaratan Khusus
Requires to have technical and soft skills, work with various technologies and systems, performing security testing to products and services, networks and systems, internal and external. Proven on hacking mindset, think like external threat actors, extensive hacking experiences on various platform, from Kernel to Application layer, from desktop to mobile platform to help the different business units and products in Ruangguru mature their information security practices, back to back with GRC team to bring security awareness and help lower the risk and exposure of Ruangguru organization globally.
Hands on mentality, with an extensive experience in ethical hacking – security penetration tests skills and interest in various operating system and application platform, such as desktop, web and mobile.
Red team mindset: creating red team attack scenarios align with information security department strategy.
Experience testing and using various technologies and comfortable to picking up more (OS / tools / development languages / online technologies etc.) with a good demonstration on the process.
Team work mentality, as you’ll work closely with colleagues on projects, with the ability to work independently.
Understand the defensive side, blue team, Security Operations Center (SOC), and IT security GRC
Good communication skills and ability to working with all stakeholders, internal and external, finding, advising and implementing the best solutions.
Curiosity, problem solving mentality.
Must possess and exhibit a high level of integrity and passion for the disciplines of IT Security & Risk.
2 plus years overall of multi-disciplined IT background, ideally in the area of penetration testing and hacking.
Able to lead and manage a small group of team to handle security penetration testing and security audit.
Have a depth knowledge on bug bounty program and various penetration testing / hacking framework, like OWASP, PTES, OSSTMM and MITRE ATT&CK
A CVE or Bug Report or Hall of Fame listed is an advantage
