Job Description:
• Analysing, diagnosing, and installation to several areas including desktop hardware, operating systems (Windows 7/8/10), application software, network connectivity, databases, printers, scanners, and any related problems
• Maintaining all updates and security patches for applications and operating systems
• Notebook hardware troubleshoot, such as RAM, Hard disk, VGA.
• Updates and closures of trouble tickets and service requests from user
• Maintain communication with end-user and created report to team leader/SPV.
Qualification:
• Minimum SMK TKJ, D3-S1 in IT/SI or Computer Science
• Have minimum 1-2 years experiences as an IT Support/Desktop Support Engineer
• Hardware knowledge: Desktop PC, Notebook and Printer
• Operating System and Application knowledge: Windows, Apple (MacOS)
• Skilled in English (preferable)
• Willing to work SHIFT if needed.
• Willing to travel whenever required.
