SENIOR COOK

Are you a passionate and experienced cook who loves creating delicious, high-quality, and beautifully presented dishes?
Kirani Joglo Restaurant, located on Jl. Raya Celuk, Sukawati, Gianyar, Bali, is looking for a talented and dedicated Senior Cook to join our team and deliver an excellent dining experience to our guests.
Our restaurant serves a variety of meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with freshly brewed coffee and other beverages.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare delicious, high-quality dishes with excellent taste and presentation.
Maintain consistent food quality and portion standards.
Manage daily kitchen operations and ensure food is prepared on time.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Manage kitchen ingredients efficiently and minimize food waste.
Develop creative menu ideas and contribute to menu improvement.
Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to ensure guest satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cook or Senior Cook in a restaurant or hotel.
Strong cooking skills and a good understanding of various cooking techniques.
Able to prepare tasty, attractive, and consistent dishes.
Knowledge of food hygiene, kitchen safety, and ingredient management.
Creative, disciplined, responsible, and passionate about cooking.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
