Plan and manage the short-and mid-term logistics resource requirements of the respective region, and ensure that warehousing and transportation resources, and control tower capabilities meet the requirements of delivery projects.
Take charge of logistics fulfillment and operation management in the respective region, including warehousing management, transportation or reverse logistics management, CIAG/Consistency of Inventory Accounts and Goods, security management, and internal control compliance. Ensure timely, accurate, secure logistics services at low cost. Meet delivery requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
Lead or support project teams or logistics managers in developing project logistics solutions and complete on-site implementation, business trip support, project logistics capability improvement, and communication and coordination when problems occur to ensure the success of project delivery.
Be responsible for logistics supplier performance management, communication, process and IT training and enablement, review of logistics expense payment, and business compliance management in the corresponding region.
Ensure secure, continuous, and low-risk operations through logistics risk mitigation (hazardous goods, warehousing security, transportation security, disasters, etc.).
1) Min. Bachelor Degree’s in any major
2) At least 3 years of work experience (including 1 year in international trade and logistics) and at least 1 year of experience in junior and mid-level managerial positions in large and medium-sized enterprises
3) Have a good command of basic telecommunications knowledge. Master professional knowledge of warehousing and transportation fulfillment management and reverse logistics management. Master knowledge of international trade, orders, logistics (customs, warehousing, transportation, reverse logistics, etc.), financial management, etc.
4) Customer-centric; empathy; good communication and coordination skills; goal-and result-oriented; strong execution; data collection and analytics; risk identification and handling
5) Professional Knowledge:
