Job Description:
Attend all project meetings.
Ensure proper systems launches.
Openly report quality performance.
To develop suppliers quality performance.
Implement, follow, improve, create standards.
Confirm quality meets customer requirements.
Control and define manufacturing process parameters.
Identify training needs and provide the training for Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC).
Responsible for internal and external audits related to the Quality department.
Monitor Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) performance by collecting production data and create reports to be communicated with related departments.
Communicate with technical, product development, and production team to maintain product quality and ensure the targets are achieved.
Have Knowledge and Experience in plastic manufacturing.
Strong project management skill (planning, budgeting, project monitoring and reporting).
Have good leadership skills and can work in a team.
Possess active English language skills.
Has knowledge of ISO and IATF
