Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Merchant Acquisition, or Sales (preferably from the F&B, retail, start-up, fintech, loyalty program, or e-commerce industries).
Understanding of B2B sales processes and partnership relationships.
A self-motivated, target-oriented communicator skilled in voucher acquisition and management, independent problem-solving, and dynamic teamwork.
Experience with digital products such as e-vouchers, reward platforms, gift cards, payment, or CRM/Loyalty solutions.
Excellent command of English is a must and Bahasa; Japanese language is an advantage.
