Tasks and responsibilities

1. Responsible for understanding customer’s assembly and application requirements and providing solution by offering appropriate competitive NTC products meeting all the requirements.
2. Product release needs to be handled in accordance with APQP guidelines.
3. Providing technical advice (and solutions) to customer’s queries on NTC product characteristics and performance.
4. Supervise product development engineer(s) and related department(s) to execute development procedure during project handling in order to hand over smoothly new product to mass production.
5. Continuous improvement from design/development point of view to existing product.

Authorization

1. Qualify new materials and products
2. Prepare PT TDK ELECTRONICS datasheet
3. Access to SAP system
4. Create semi finish / finish product material number(s) in SAP system

Conditions of employment and interaction

Cooperation / adjustment with project leaders of other internal departments within BT TPS

Working closely with TPS management and heads of departments of TPS

Requirements

* EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION

Degree or Diploma in Engineering/Science

* EXPERIENCES

Minimum 2 years' experience in project management

Minimum 2 years' experience in passive components design and application

Minimum 5 years' experience of independently handling new product release

* KNOWLEDGE

Good knowledge of Negative Temperature Co-efficient sensors, characteristic and applications

Good knowledge of soldering, crimping and molding process including solder materials, crimp/terminals and mold compound

Good knowledge in statistics (Minitab), logical analytical thinking, failure analysis

Good knowledge of Automotive requirements (e.g. APQP, PPAP, Control Plan, MSA, etc.)

* PERSONALITY REQUIREMENTS

Able to work independently and under time pressure

Have good interpersonal and presentation skill

   * OTHER REQUIREMENTS (PHYSICAL, AGE etc.)

     Able to communicate in English
