Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Define and develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on business objectives and customer needs.
Conduct market research, user research, and data analysis to identify customer needs and product opportunities.
Create and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, UI/UX, QA, Business, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
Prioritize the product backlog based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
Manage the product development process from ideation, requirement gathering, development, testing, and launch to continuous improvement.
Monitor product performance, user adoption, and key product metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between business goals, customer needs, and technical implementation.
Drive continuous improvement of existing products and features based on user feedback and business performance.

Persyaratan Khusus

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of Product Management lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodology.
Experienced in creating PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product roadmaps.
Good understanding of product metrics, data analysis, and user research.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work closely with Engineering and UI/UX teams and understand fundamental software development concepts.
Familiar with product and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or similar tools.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
