PRODUCTION MANAGER (PM)

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and responsible Production Manager to manage production operations and ensure product quality and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor production schedules, progress, quality, and deadlines.
Coordinate with clients, tailors, QC, suppliers, and internal teams.
Follow up on sampling, orders, materials, and shipment preparation.
Provide regular production updates and reports to management.
Handle production issues and ensure timely follow-up.

Qualifications
Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, disciplined, and solution-focused.
Good English communication skills, especially written.
Familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Drive.
Experience in production or manufacturing is an advantage.
Willing to learn and work in a dynamic environment.
Working Schedule
Monday–Saturday | 09.00–17.00 WITA

Compensation
Training period: Up to 3 months — Rp1,500,000/month.
Permanent employment: Salary and benefits according to company policy.
Meal allowance and applicable performance-based benefits are provided according to company policy.
