Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Ensure testing meets quality standards, system specifications, and is free from bugs or defects before release.
Review BRD/PRD and system designs to understand features and identify potential functional or security gaps.
Develop Test Plans covering testing scope, schedule, resources, approach, and potential risks.
Create and execute Test Cases and Test Scripts covering positive and negative scenarios through manual or automated testing.
Record and track bugs or defects in issue-tracking tools such as Jira or Trello, including clear steps to reproduce.
Collaborate with Developers and Product Managers (PMs) to reproduce bugs, verify fixes, and ensure applications meet requirements.
Perform UI/UX, exploratory, cross-device/browser compatibility, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Develop test automation frameworks and scripts using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium, and perform regular regression testing.
Conduct performance, speed, and load testing using JMeter or Locust, while identifying basic security vulnerabilities.

Persyaratan Khusus

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer, Software Tester, or in a related role.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, exploratory, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Experienced in creating Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Scripts, and executing both manual and automated testing.
Proficient in issue-tracking tools such as Jira or Trello, including bug reporting and defect tracking.
Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium.
Experienced in performance and load testing using tools such as JMeter or Locust.
Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
