Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Description :


  • Collaborate with HR Manager to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

  • Source potential candidates through various channel, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals

  • Review resumes and applications to screen candidates based on qualifications, skills, and experiences

  • Conduct initial screenings to access candidate suitability and interest in available positions

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members

  • Facilitate the interview process, including conducting in-person or virtual interviews

  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including time to fill, source of hire, and candidate pipeline status



Qualification :


  • Bachelor's degree in Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related major.

  • Understand of recruitment principles, techniques, and best practices

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs

  • Working location is in Batu Ceper, Tangerang.
