Job Responsibilities
Conduct quality inspections on raw materials, production processes, and finished products
Perform product trials and development activities related to sandwich panels and insulation systems
Analyze laboratory test results including physical, mechanical, and performance testing
Prepare testing reports, quality analysis, and product improvement recommendations
Identify quality deviations and coordinate corrective actions with the production team
Develop and update quality standards, technical specifications, and QC procedures
Support continuous product improvement, material efficiency, and quality consistency
Ensure products comply with internal standards, project specifications, and applicable regulations
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Materials, or related fields)
At least 2 years of experience in Quality Control or Research & Development in manufacturing
Experience in sandwich panel, Polyisocyanurate (PIR), or building materials industry is an advantage
Strong understanding of production processes, quality testing, and technical data analysi
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and collaboratively
Experienced in technical reporting and quality documentation
