· Point of contact for key account sales enquiries
· Tender documents submission for price and catalog
· Technical clarifications regarding the specifications
· Meet critical and short submission dateline
· Follow up from tender to close process
· Develop and execute plan to win the projects from multiple parties perspective
· Work with Business Development for joint visits
· Weekly review of workplans and reporting
· Networking in construction industry, M&E and consultants
· Market segments include but not limited to Data Centres, Commercial, Residential or Industrial
Primary focus in Data Centres
· Candidate should possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or related in Data Centre industry
· Possess strong strategic selling skills to close sales
· Ability to connect with customers and higher level decision maker
· Outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills
· Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities
· Positive, service-oriented personality
· Ability to work under pressure and team work
· Go-getter attitude to achieve sales
· A key champion and leader
· Likes to network and socialize
· Knowledge on MS Office
· Able to connect with C-level or Directors
· More than 7 years working experience preferred
