Our client is a Food Ingredients (Dairy & Confectionery) company. Currently, they are looking for Sales Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities and proactively manage the full sales cycle.
Develop and execute branch-specific sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt sales tactics.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and present results to upper management.
Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or Chemistry.
Business English proficiency (proficiency in reporting to expatriates).
Min. 4 years as Senior Executive Sales in Trading handling Food Ingredients to dairy/confectionary manufacture.
Not a job hopper (stays in 1 company for at least 3 years).
Smart, able to work with less supervision, good work ethics, flexible.
