Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Lead end-to-end data center project delivery from design, procurement, and construction through to testing & commissioning (T&C) and final handover.
Establish project baselines, execution strategies, objectives, scope, milestones, and resource allocation to meet overall targets.
Manage comprehensive project planning and track actual performance against the established baseline.
Identify critical path activities, project deviations, and potential bottlenecks; implement corrective action, schedule recovery, or acceleration plans when required
Monitor approved project budgets, procurement commitments, cash flows, and expenditures.
Manage commercial risks, variation orders (VOs), claims, and overall cost impacts to maintain strict cost control.
Coordinate closely with engineering teams, design consultants, contractors, and specialized vendors.
Ensure all engineering deliverables, technical drawings, specifications, and construction activities comply with approved project requirements and data center industry standards.
Supervise onsite construction execution and align multidisciplinary functions (Electrical, Mechanical/HVAC, Fire Protection, Civil/Structural, and Architectural).
Proactively resolve cross-functional issues and ensure high-quality execution aligned with technical specifications and safety standards.
Establish risk registers and execute mitigation strategies for technical, commercial, and operational risks.
Oversee health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards, ensuring complete compliance with statutory regulations, building codes, and company policies.
Provide transparent project reporting, milestone forecasts, executive presentations, and timely escalation of critical risks/issues.
Supervise final testing & commissioning, QA/QC documentation sign-offs, punch-list close-outs, and operational handover.
Persyaratan Khusus
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Control Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project management, engineering, construction, or data center operations.
Minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience functioning in a Project Manager role.
Proven track record leading medium- to large-scale data center projects (experience with facilities of 10 MW capacity or above is strongly preferred).
Hands-on experience delivering projects across the full lifecycle: design, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning, and handover.
Prior experience working within or adjacent to live/operational data center environments is an advantage.
Solid technical understanding of data center critical systems: Electrical (substations, UPS, generators), Mechanical/HVAC (chillers, CRAC/CRAH), Fire Protection, and Civil/Structural works.
Strong foundation in contract administration, change management, variation reviews, and procurement practices.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, as well as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong project leadership capabilities with demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and third-party contractors.
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and verbal/written communication skills.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities under tight deadlines.
