Design and review project fulfillment scenarios (supply capacity, logistics solutions, order fulfillment plans, country-level supply resources, etc.) during the bidding phase/before PO signing. Analyze supply risks (lead time, BCM/Business Continuity Management, import license, etc.) and develop project supply solutions.
Ensure that supply solutions can be completed as planned. Handle supply-related issues or risks that occur during the process.
Manage inbound and outbound plans of inventory, control supply-related costs (logistics and inventory cost), and manage operating results (project ITO/inventory turnover and long overdue inventory).
Summarize project supply experience based on customer satisfaction, operation results, and the supply process and continue to improve.
1) Min. Bachelor Degree’s in any major
2) Candidates with 3+ years of experience in project supply management (planning, order, logistics, configuration, and bidding) or 3+ years of experience in project delivery preferred
3) Good command of telecommunications basics; familiar with the five elements of project supply: configuration, plan, order, logistics, and contract clauses
4) Familiar with logistics and warehousing operations; good command of the operations of the big and small cycle systems of the supply chain
5) Proactive, diligent, attention to detail, adaptable, goal oriented, and enterprising
6) Abilities: Planning, problem solving, and interpersonal communication
7) Professional Knowledge:
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia, English, Chinese is an advantage
