Responsibilities :

• Configure and install various devices and services (e.g. servers, routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN)
• Manage and monitor all installed system and infrastructure
• Install, configure, test and maintain operating system, application software and system management tools
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configuration
• Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
• Monitor system resources utilization, trending and capacity planning
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
• Provide level 1-2 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
• Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awarenes, approval and success of change made to network infrastructure
• Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures
• Liaise with vendors for problem resolution
• Create user requirement and detail design system based on road map development
• Create and update the topology of system
