Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of clients' tax obligations, including VAT, Corporate Income Tax, and Withholding Taxes (Articles 21/23/25), ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely preparation and submission of clients' tax reports.
  • Assist clients in resolving tax-related issues, including tax audits, disputes, or appeals.
  • Prepare clients' financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (PSAK or IFRS).
  • Perform financial reconciliations to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  • Guide and supervise the performance of junior accounting staff within the team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Conduct training sessions for the team on the latest tax regulations and accounting practices.
  • Review changes in tax regulations and develop relevant internal policies.


Persyaratan Khusus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting or tax, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a tax consulting firm.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, Customs Duties, etc.) and financial accounting standards (PSAK).
  • Brevet A & B certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and tax applications (e.g., e-Faktur, e-SPT).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of work.
