Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering, or related field.
1–3 years of experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in IT, Telecommunications, or Software Engineering.
Basic understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible), CI/CD Pipeline, ISO 27001, and ITIL Framework.
Familiar with Documentation Tools: Confluence, Notion, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
Familiar with Diagramming Tools: Draw.io, Lucidchart, and Visio.
Familiar with Version Control & API Tools: Git/GitHub/GitLab, Postman, and Swagger.
Excellent Indonesian writing skills for formal documentation and good technical English proficiency.
Able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand documentation.
