PT. Pratama Spices Indonesia

In 1977, we started as a small family business in Probolinggo, East Java, Indonesia, growing and selling fresh shallots to local markets. With hard work, dedication, and a vision for something greater, that small farm grew into Pratama Spices Indonesia, a trusted partner in the global spice industry. For 47 years, we have nurtured the land, perfected our craft, and built strong relationships, ensuring that only the highest-quality shallots and spices reach our customers. As demand increased, so did our mission to bring the rich, authentic flavors of Indonesia to international markets. Today, with 16 years of export experience, we proudly serve customers in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Pakistan, India, Japan, and the Dominican Republic.
